Prior to scheduling your session, you must first read, download, print, sign, and submit the required agreement, as well as complete the Student Intake Form. If you have completed this step, you may click on the button to schedule your private music instruction.

SPECIAL NOTE: Once you have submitted your required signed agreement and schedule your lesson, you will receive an invoice and instructions on submitting payment (STEP 4). Upon receipt of payment, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your lesson time slot has been reserved and has successfully been completed. Until you have submitted payment and received confirmation, your requested lesson time slot is not yet complete.
